Shampoo: Work into wet hair. Lather well, massaging into scalp through strands. Rinse thoroughly.
Conditioner: Work into clean, wet hair, concentrating on mid-length to ends. Leave in for 2-3 minutes before rinsing.
Premiére Treatment Masque: After shampooing, squeeze a quarter-sized amount of product into palm, then apply generously from root to tip. Leave in for up to 15 minutes, then massage into scalp, rinse thoroughly, and follow with conditioner, or go straight to drying. For best results, use up to 3x per week.
