So. Now you know what to use. Let’s talk about the best way to use it!
- Wet your hair. Now wet it some more. So often, we’re rushing through our morning routine and don’t get our hair soaking wet (we’re talking to you, mid-layers!). You’ve already chosen the best shampoo, so make sure it can perform to its full potential!
2) Use a quarter size of product. Our luxury hair products pack a punch, so you don’t need more than a quarter size in your palm to really clean hair.
3) Massage! Think of this minute as your self-care moment of the day. Massage palms together to work shampoo into a lather, and gently massage into your roots, taking care to work product underneath and in-between layers. Use any additional lather to cleanse the length of hair.
4) Rinse well in cooler water. Ok, so we’re not suggesting you freeze yourself out here, but avoiding hot water will help close the hair shaft, resulting in smoother, shinier looking hair. Tepid water works wonders. Continue to massage the scalp as you rinse—this will help stimulate blood flow for a healthy scalp. And a healthy scalp means happy hair!
5) Condition. After gently wringing out excess water, add your conditioner, beginning mid-way down the hair and concentrating on ends. Work leftover conditioner closer to the scalp. Allow to sit for a few minutes as you breathe in the luxurious scent of the Cuvée Complex, formulated with Champagne, white truffle, platinum and other botanicals.
6) Rinse again in tepid water. Gently towel dry by squeezing—not rubbing!—out excess water with your towel. Use a wide-tooth comb to detangle (this will prevent breakage), and follow with your favorite Cuvée styling products.
